DO NOT MOVE HERE!
If I could give Riverstone Apartments ZERO stars, I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and one of the worst places Iâve ever had to deal with. The roach infestation is completely out of control, and it has gotten to the point where you donât even feel comfortable in your own home.
There is no permanent manager, and every time a temporary manager comes in, it feels like they could care less about what residents are going through. The owner doesnât seem to care either. You can complain, call, and report problems over and over again, and somehow nothing actually gets fixed.
Maintenance is another major problem. Issues donât get handled properly, and it feels like they do the bare minimum while residents are left dealing with the consequences.
The overall condition of this property is nasty, poorly managed, and unacceptable. If youâre thinking about moving here, PLEASE think twice and look somewhere else. Donât let the apartment look good during a tour fool you. Living here is a completely different experience.
I would NEVER recommend Riverstone Apartments to anybody. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and money and MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
